With the downturn in the economy, it’s no surprise that Microsoft’s Q4 Revenues were down by a whopping 17%. People simply cannot afford to purchase a new computer, and the ones that are purchasing are sick of the blue screen of death, and thus turning to Mac for reprieve.
It’s not that the Mac is a better buy price wise, (in fact they’re pretty expensive) however, nobody wants to spend money on a computer that will have the dreaded blue screen of death in less than a month. Lets face it; data recovery can cost more than the computer does…
That being said, what IF Microsoft got with the times and comes up with a genuine software solution to the blue screen, INCLUDED in each PC purchase? Instead, they offer no solution to their age-old problem leaving everyone to fend for themselves.
