PC World‘s Canadian online edition recently included mini notebook computers—so-called ultraportable PCs—in a list of the top 10 overrated technologies. Minis are extremely small computers, typically with far less power than their larger counterparts.
I’m writing this missive on one—a tiny Asus Eee-PC 701—on a ferry bound for Vancouver.
