K so I’m kind of freaking out and I’m hoping you will be able to help. My computer crashed and I have backed up like 6 months ago so 6 months of pics are on that computer. I need to know what the best way to get them off will be. A friend recommended this product but I’m a little leary about using it because I’m not that great with computers. Please respond!

Yes, it sounds like Selkie Software can help.

You can choose between two products. First you could select Selkie Photo. This is software specifically designed to recover photos from a computer that will no longer boot. You can download Selkie Photo from here: http://selkiephoto.com

You could also choose Selkie Rescue Data Recovery which will not only help you recover your photos but also everything else on your drive. You can download this product here: http://selkierescue.com

Both products are very easy to use. They only require access to a second, working computer either directly connected or over a home network.

Typically it is as easy as hitting “enter” 3 times.

Best of all if you need any help you can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone, email, or this forum and we will be ready to help!

I hope this information helps you out - if you need to know more detail just let me know and I would be happy to help you further.

Hi,

I suggest you that you have to use any photo recovery software.
According to me Nucleus Data Recovery Software is best for this. You can download the free demo from this link:

Nucleus Data Recovery Software is specifically an un-delete tool. While it may be able to recover the data as well, it is not the same as real-time data recovery tools. With conventional un-delete tools you are required to install it in Windows, and that means Windows must be working. They do serve different purposes, but trying to recover data that has been deleted is risky. If anything has been saved to the hard drive since you lost the information it runs the risk of preventing recovery.

Hello Blubba,

Selkie Rescue is designed with very low resource use in mind. This allows it to work even on old computers.
Our demo will allow you to see if you can find your files. If you are able to, then the full version will be able to copy them without any problem. In addition, we offer a full refund if you are unable to recover your files.

The demo is available at: http://www.tugent.com/SelkiePhotoDemo.exe
with direct links from http://www.selkiephoto.com
