About the Team

Our Product Development team at Selkie is core to our brand. We are responsible for designing, prototyping, manufacturering, and testing all product launches. We are the primary team that drives innovation and engineering into the next best consumer electronic products.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operation Senior Analyst to assist with every step of the supply chain management. You will report directly to our Operation Lead. Our operation team works to execute ideas to designs to sampling to market launch in less than three months. Communication and leadership as well as daily meetings with vendors around the world are key to this job. Passion for engineering and consumer goods are essential to this job. You will work in an energetic fast pace environment and help transform ideas to real consumer products and be involved in the entire production life-cycle.


  • Assist with the management of all apparel production life cycle.
  • Work closely with our designers and engineers to create technical designs for prototypes
  • Manage and assist with sampling and development of prototypes
  • Create weekly status updates to management on the progress of product development
  • Participate in engineering reviews with management, production workers, engineers, sales, and customers


  • 1-3 years of experience in operations for electronics products
  • BS / MS in Operation Management or Mechnical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience working with vendors and supply chain management clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment to meet product development and production goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
  • Desire to create products that customers will love and appreciate
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is a must
